So thinking of eating multiple a day turns my tummy off.

But what I have done, and often recommend to clients, is an organic beetroot powder!

This makes it super easy to add to smoothies or mix with other flavors so now I enjoy it…

And I especially love the natural energy boost I get as well.


For a fertility-boosting smoothie, try this:

  • 1 scoop beet powder (or add 1 large steamed beet!)
  • 1 handful leafy greens
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 Brazil nuts
  • Water or nondairy milk to thin
