Exercise effects your fertility

When I was trying to fix my PCOS for my fertility, I made a mistake I see many women make…

I exercised the wrong way.

I was told with PCOS that I had to be diligent in my exercise to help my hormones to help my irregular cycles. But I was never told how, just to do more.

So when I learned more about fertility I realized it was easy to make a huge mistake…

Your body produces cortisol when exercising (the stress hormone). Some cortisol is good, but too much of it can shut down other body functions.

That means MORE exercise can actually add so much stress your body doesn’t want to support pregnancy… It’s trying to survive FIRST!

Learning this made me change my routine. I used my education as a personal trainer and functional health practitioner to learn about how my body was responding to my exercise routine…

What I needed to do to be healthy and strong…

But also how to move in a way that reduced inflammation, and reassured my body that I could support getting pregnant.

This is exactly what I cover in The Hormone-Based Exercise framework within my program…

How we can use movement to help you…

And not to make things worse…

Having a complete natural fertility strategy is understanding that when you want to get pregnant…
That is your number one goal.

And movement and exercise are just a piece of your life that needs to reflect that.
