Avocado Cacao Pudding

Serves 1

 

 

1 ripe avocado

1.5 tablespoons raw cacao

1/3 cup coconut milk

1 teaspoon stevia (optional)

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 scoop preferred protein powder ( I like pea protein and rawfusion)

 

 Place ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth, serve immediately. Optional: top with berries, seeds, or shredded coconut
