One of the first things to do for your fertility…

One of the first things I teach my clients is to track their cervical mucus…

This is one of the MOST underrated tools in helping you conceive.

You have about a 5-6 day window that you have an opportunity to conceive, with the majority of that time being the days leading up to ovulation…

When you rely on just waiting to ovulate you miss a HUGE window that you could have attempted.

And if you have irregular cycles or ovulation this can make it especially difficult to time correctly.

In the week before ovulation cervical mucus changes and builds up over time…

This is important because it is what helps “hold onto” and bring the sperm into the right place to meet the egg.

Starting out after your period you will feel dry, as you get closer to ovulation you can think of your cervical mucus building like a wave…

From dry to sticky, to creamy, to egg white consistency (most fertile) back to dry again after ovulation.

Changes can even occur in a matter of hours!

When you track your cervical mucus you can both see when you should be attempting based on the consistency,  this also helps us identify hormonal issues…such as no noticeable changes at all.

With this tool, we can both help you pinpoint the best attempt times as well as see opportunities to help you with your fertility!

Have you been tracking your cervical mucus?
