Sleep and how it effects fertility.

More than most, we think we sleep well.

We know that 7-8 hours of sleep is ideal…

But did you know that what is more important than the amount of sleep is the quality of sleep in your life?

Non-REM sleep is when you are in a deeper state of sleep,

While REM sleep is the opposite, when you are in a much lighter sleep which causes you to dream.

This is important because Non-REM sleep is more common in the earlier hours of the day. Before midnight.

That means that the 8 hours of sleep earlier in the day is more beneficial to your health and hormones,

Which ultimately effects your fertility in ways you never knew.
