Were you recommended to take medication?

If you have been struggling to ovulate or get pregnant, you may have been recommended to take medication, such as Letrozole or Femara.

These work by inhibiting estrogen production and raising FSH in hopes to stimulate ovulation.

They can be helpful for many trying to get pregnant…

But there also can be a dark side…

Like all meds, they come with side effects, such as hot flashes, hair loss, muscle pain, fatigue, nausea, and diarrhea.

Which can make the journey towards the baby feel pretty terrible.

There is another strategy that you may want to consider if you are struggling to ovulate, that doesn’t come with all the side effects.

It is investigating and supporting the reason why your ovulation and hormones may be hindering your ability to conceive in the first place!

Instead of ignoring that your body is struggling…and trying to force it to do something it doesn’t want to do…

You look at how to support it so it DOES want to ovulate and get pregnant.

In traditional care, we often bypass what the underlying issue is, which can lead us to long-term medication use and unsuccessful results.

Because your body is not getting the support it really needs.

If you are struggling to get pregnant, know that you can work naturally to identify and support the real issues that are holding you back…

Or help support your body while you are taking medications to help make them more successful.
